As we scale, we are looking for a Product Manager who can translate strategy into products that deliver real value to our users. The Product Manager will be responsible for driving the development and execution of Vell's product roadmap. This role works at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and user experience to deliver high-impact financial products. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, compliance, and leadership teams to bring new features and products to market.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and manage product roadmaps aligned with company strategy
  • Identify opportunities to improve user experience and product performance
  • Translate strategic goals into clear product initiatives
  • Work closely with engineering teams to deliver product features
  • Prioritise product backlog and feature development
  • Work with UI/UX designers to optimise product flows and usability
  • Collaborate with data analyst to track product performance
  • Use insights to guide product improvements

Requirements

  • 3-6 years experience in product management, fintech, or technology companies
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle and agile development
  • Experience working with engineering teams on technical products
  • Ability to translate business requirements into clear product specifications
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience in fintech, payments, remittance, or financial services
