We are seeking an Operations Lead for managing the operational processes that support Vell's financial services platform, including payment processing, transaction monitoring, and operational coordination with financial partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day processing of transactions across the platform
- Coordinate with payment partners, banks, and service providers on operational matters
- Develop and maintain operational procedures and internal controls
- Monitor operational risks and implement processes to mitigate them
- Support internal teams in resolving operational issues and transaction-related queries
- Coordinate investigation and resolution of payment issues or operational incidents
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and scalability
- Support operational readiness for new product features and partnerships
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in operations, payment operations, or financial services operations
- Experience working in fintech, payments, banking, or financial services
- Strong understanding of transaction processing and operational workflows
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage operational issues and prioritise effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
