As we expand our financial services operations, we are seeking a Treasury & Financial Services Manager who will be responsible for managing treasury activities, overseeing financial services operations, and supporting regulatory compliance across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage liquidity across operational accounts and payment partners
- Monitor and manage foreign exchange exposure related to payment transactions
- Develop and maintain treasury controls and risk management processes
- Ensure financial services operations align with regulatory obligations
- Work with compliance teams to implement risk management and control frameworks
- Work with product, operations, and technology teams to support the delivery of financial services
- Support the ongoing improvement of operational systems and financial processes
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in treasury, payments, financial services operations, or fintech
- Strong understanding of foreign exchange and cross-border payment processes
- Familiarity with financial services regulatory frameworks in Australia
- Experience managing liquidity, settlement processes, or treasury operations
- Strong analytical and risk management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving fintech environment
