We are looking for a Marketing Data Analyst who will work closely with the Head of Marketing and growth team to analyse campaign performance, customer behaviour, and acquisition channels. The goal is to turn complex datasets into actionable insights that improve marketing ROI and user growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse performance of marketing campaigns across paid, organic, referral, and partnership channels
  • Monitor key metrics including CAC, LTV, conversion rates, retention, and churn
  • Analyse user behaviour across the funnel from first touchpoint to transaction
  • Identify trends in user acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Translate complex data into clear recommendations
  • Support A/B testing and marketing experiments
  • Work with product and engineering teams to ensure proper data tracking and even instrumentation




Requirements

  • 2-5 years experience in data analysis, marketing analytics, or growth analytics
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL and data analysis tools
  • Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)
  • Experience analysing digital marketing performance
  • Understanding of customer acquisition funnels and growth metrics
  • Ability to translate data into clear business insights
