New User Promotional Offer Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the New User Promotional Offer (“Offer”) provided by Hax Capital Pty Ltd trading as Vell (“Vell”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By participating in the Offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
1.1 This Offer is available only to first-time Vell users who sign up for an account during the Promo Period (see Clause 3).
1.2 The Offer is limited to one redemption per individual, validated by a unique email address, phone number, and government-issued ID.
1.3 Vell reserves the right to verify identity and eligibility, and to cancel or withhold the Offer if abuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms is suspected.
2. Offer Benefits

| AUD 10 Discount – Second Transfer | Receive AUD 10 off your second transfer of AUD 1,000 or more. |
3. Promo Period
This Offer is valid for sign-ups and corresponding transactions made until 31 December 2025 (inclusive). Transactions made after this date will not qualify.
4. Restrictions
4.1 The Offer is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be used in conjunction with other promotions unless explicitly approved by Vell.
4.2 If a qualifying transaction is cancelled, reversed, or refunded, the associated promotional benefit will no longer apply.
5. Changes, Suspension, or Termination
Vell may amend, suspend, or terminate this Offer at any time for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons by publishing a revised version of these Terms. Changes will not affect Offer benefits already earned prior to the update.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria in connection with any matters relating to the Offer.
