eSIM Installation & Activation Guide
Follow the steps below to install and activate your eSIM.
Before You Begin
Ensure a stable internet connection during installation.
Activation depends on supported networks in the region.
Purchase eSIM
After completing your purchase, go to eSIM Details in the app.
Installation Methods
Three Ways to Install
Choose the installation method that works best for your device. All methods deliver the same fast, reliable connection.
One-Click Install (Recommended)
- Tap the “Install eSIM” button in the app.
- You will be redirected to your device settings.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to add the eSIM.
QR Code Scan
- Tap or scan the QR Code shown in eSIM Details.
- Follow the instructions to install the eSIM.
Manual Entry
- Go to Settings → Mobile/Cellular → Add eSIM
- Select Enter Details Manually
- Enter the activation code:

Activation
Activate When You Arrive
Your eSIM will activate automatically once connected to a supported network at your destination. Enable Data Roaming in your device settings when you're ready to use it.

Install the eSIM before your trip (recommended).

Travel to your destination.

Enable the eSIM and turn on Data Roaming.

Your device connects to the local network automatically.
⚠️ If your plan covers a region that includes your home country (e.g., Asia-Pacific), activating early may start the validity period sooner than expected.
