Vell launched to solve a specific pain — expensive, slow cross-border transfers. We proved the model, earned trust in our first markets, and are now expanding into a full financial super app for globally-minded people.

Founded
Two colleagues frustrated by expensive international transfers launched Vell with one mission — transfers at the real exchange rate, no markup.
2022
Regulatory licence
Granted our payment institution licence, becoming fully regulated to operate across our core markets.
2023
App launch
Shipped the Vell consumer app to iOS and Android, reaching our first 100,000 users in under a year.

Travel eSIM launch
